2-weight stack work station with vertical multi-press system and seated leg extension/curl. Compact and space efficient design that uses only the frontal machine. Adjustable pectoral fly arms with dual pivot points for smooth and controlled arm movement. Range of motion adjustment for chest, incline, shoulder and mid-rows. Footplate flips up or down for various low pulley exercises. 2×2″ and 2×3″ 11-gauge tubular steel construction. Optional solid aluminum pulleys (as shown).
