Return Policies

Cardio Equipment: Customer may return initial purchased merchandise for 100% refund within 30 days of purchase. There will be no restocking fee for merchandise returned in perfect condition. Damaged merchandise will be evaluated based on damage. Offer excludes used cardio equipment, one of a kind equipment and floor model/demo items.

Gym Equipment: Customer may return merchandise within 15 days of taking possession. There will be a 33% restocking fee, if in perfect condition. If damaged, merchandised will be valued based on damage.

Special Orders: There will be a 50% restocking fee or cancellation fee applied to merchandise being returned by customer. Delivery/pick-up/install fees will apply.

Floor Model/Demo Equipment: All sales are final, no returns.

Other Merchandise: Customer may return merchandise for refund within 30 days of taking possession. There will be no restocking fee for merchandise returned in perfect condition and sealed in original packaging. Cash/Check sales under $50.00 will be refunded to cash. Checks over $50.00 will be refunded via mail within 5-business days.

Trip Fee’s for the State of New Mexico

Please Add $100 per station for installation of Home Gyms.
